1. Event Schedule

2. Vendor Pricing & Early Bird Rates
Secure your spot early to lock in our discounted rates! All standard booth prices increase by $50 starting January 1, 2027.

- Runway Showcase Offer ($1,499): Premium feature package for Bridal Designers, Tuxedo Shops/Designers, Entertainment, etc. Located on the MainStage for Runway Showcases.
- Package includes 50 minute spotlight runway presentation, prime positioning exhibit location, and high-impact promotion.
3. Vendor Requirements & Guidelines
Table, Chair & Canopy Responsibilities
- All vendors are required to provide all of their own equipment (tables, linens, chairs, and pop-up tents for outdoor spots).
- Table Size Limit: All tables must be 6 ft tables maximum. Larger tables are not permitted due to space constraints.
- Outdoor tent vendors must properly weight down all pop-up tents with sandbags or tent weights.
- Spot Placement: Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on registration completion and company choices.
Insurance Requirements
All vendors are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for single-day liability coverage. The COI must list the following entities as Additionally Insured:
- Three Brothers Winery
- The Wedding Club
*Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to the event date.
4. How to Apply
Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Secure early bird pricing by applying before December 31, 2026!
